30 weeks pregnant and feeling sick.. help please is this normal?

okay well the past week it all started out as a cold then now for the past two days i have felt sick.. my stomach hurts but not like a stomach ach but kinda that way not sure how to explain it.. my head has hurt off and on and i feel way tired and can barley sleep at night i toss and turn and feel so uncomfertable. also today i have had the runs! sorry tmi. the first time i went was brown and norman color the second time i went it was black and it hurt so bad in my lower stomach and it my stomach got sooo hard...<
