New Aquarium. New Sand/Gravel?

Ok I just set up my 46 gallon bowfront aquarium. Woohooooo. I filled the tank halfway to start after thje necessary cleaning of the tank and what not beccause I had to wait 4 days for my African Cichlid Gravel to come. And the tank I bought was used, so therefore the filter still had some bacteria in it. SO i ran it on the tank for a few days. When I got the gravel I rinsed the first 20 lbs very well. Then Idumped it int o the tank. THe water got really really cloudy. I let it sit for a while and decided not to add the other 20lbs of sand. AFter thjat hour I decided to drain the tank and Take the gravel out and clean it again, and i cleaned each 20lb bag of gravel in a seperate container. After cleaning both buckets of gravel for about 30 minutes a piece I dumped em in the tank. Filled the tank halfway with water, and added my decorations. Then completely filled the tank. It is still Very cloudy, almost like a milky cloudy. Will it clean after two days wih my filter runnin
