What all are the chances for pregenecy with three follicle with the sizes of 23 24 and 25?

Today is the 14th day of my period and there are three follicle developed with the size of 23, 24 and 25. Since last six months I am undergoing treatment and this time is the good follicle developement as per doc. Tommorw I have to undergone the treatment of IUI. Pl let me know how much chances are there for pregenency and three follicle cause multiple pregenecy?
