The damage is already done, the current problem with the RMA is the underground pollution which has gotten into the ground water and is making its way southeast. Also any aerial deposits would have been carried in that same general direction. One last note, they used contaminated soil from that site (while it was a working facility) as fill all over the DNV metro area.
