How can a kid get a record deal?

You do know those kids on Ellen or Oprah or whoever, are like 1 in a billion or almost, right? You need raw talent, be unique/different (not lady gaga kind because that's already been done, just particularly talented/different) and make youtube videos, go to auditions/try to get gigs at places, and work your way up! be prepared for a LOTTT of hard work and to be repeatedly torn down to nothing and be called everything bad under the sun! but if you want it that much and have the necessary talent, then maybe just maybe...! Not trying to discourage you, just being realistic! That being said, good luck kiddo!
