How do I convert protected.wma files to .wav?

I have a Olympus WS-310M digital recorder which I use for speech recording, with the intention of having the file transcribed using Dragon Naturally Speaking V.8. The recorder produces protected .wma files and the transcriber will not read them, even with the Olympus add-on software. I want to convert my files to .wav to see if that works. Any ideas?
