You will have to catch the startup to change the boot order to CD first. Insert the factory CD and follow instructions for for format and reload. There should be two disk. The second one is drivers and will also need to be loaded. After it is rebuilt, do all the updates. One other thing, if the system is not very old, you can do a restore from the system files. Use the help menu to find the way to do it on your machine.
