I have a 2004 Hyundai Getz, abd think my clutch is broken help?? ?

For the past week I have had to wrench ny gear stick into the next gear. My clutch also gets stuck., and now I can't change gears at all. I think it's my clutch But the only thing that confuses me is I can change gears when my car is turned off like there is nothing wronge.
