Like many have already stated, being circised has nothing to do with the way your testicles are. Most stars are circised and there are very few, if any, that are uncircised. Most of the things in aren't real, like them having large es. As for the testicles, it's possible that they're taking medication to improve their ejaculation that may have an effect on the testicles. uming you're an adolescent, then the reason is more likely this: your testicles are still forming and they're done growing. Some males have testicles that hang, thus making their sacs squishy and soft. If you're almost finished with puberty (around ages 18-21) then your testicles probably just don't hang that low. Some male shave testicles that hang lower away from the body than others, thus making the testicles more squishy. There's nothing to worry about and be happy with the way you are. Don't compare yourself to stars, for their not the real depiction of a real man. Hope this helps.
