NASA is bombing the moon. How LOW does mankind have to stoop before we learn some humility?

You really think a bomb is going to change the course of the moon, or have any effect on it whatsoever? The moon gets bombarded by meteors every day. There are people called scientists, and they do this thing called math where they can figure out the consequences of bombing the moon. If there is water (an estimated 40,000 million gallons) it would make creating a manned moon-base much easier.
