Question concerning loss of ps3 trophies!?

ok it is like this, my ps3 broke, it has been fixed and should arive in the mail tommorow. i know you can sycronize your ps3 trophies from your ps3 to your profile, but my ps3 disk will be formatted. when i add my existing account, will i be able to get my trophy info from my profile back to the hard drive!? so far i collected 43% for the games uncharted and burnout paradise
