What step should I take next in potty training my 23-month-old?

My daughter is also 23 months old. I bought her a potty chair about the same time and she used it the very first time she sat on it. It sung to her and she freaked out. She wouldn't sit on it for a while. Now when I go potty she has to go too and she will take her diaper off and sit on her potty but doesn't use it. I figure when she's ready she'll use it.
