How did early humans move from place to place?

(B). They walked is the best answer, but early rowboats were used to travel to Australia and Indonesian islands 40,000 to 70,000 years ago. They probably didn't ride animals--certainly not the mammoth--, as the horse wasn't domesticated until a few thoudand years ago. Sleds might be a possibility, but only in a limited area, and the people would have to walk and pull them probably.
