If a boss tries to fire you due to personal differences......?

I hate to break it to you, but if a boss tries to fire you, for any reason, pretty much it is going to be his word against yours, and you can just count on being unemployed soon. This VERY SAME THING happened to one of my friends not too long ago. The main thing you need to keep in mind is this....they may try to talk you into resigning, trying to manipulate you by saying at least you will not have a negative employment record. REFUSE! They are only trying to make it so they are not responsible for paying you unemployment. I am sorry for what is happening to you at work Jeff. I believe you when you say you are being written up for bogus stuff. But unfortunately it is your bosses word against yours and the person is a position of seniority will always prevail. Chances are good you will be fired soon. But no matter what do not quit and do not resign. 9.5 times out of 10 if you get fired from a company they will legally HAVE to pay you unemployment for up to 6 months!
